Affiliating University
GLF Business School is a Post Graduate College affiliated to the West Bengal State University. The University was established by the Government of West Bengal through West Bengal State University Act XXVIII Of 2007. The University became functional from the Academic Session 2008–09. All 63 colleges under the jurisdiction of the new University were transferred from their formerly affiliating University of Calcutta through a Government Notification on 26 May 2008 (No.300-Edn(U)/IU-38/08).
BBA
BBA at GLFBS is a three-year graduate program under the West Bengal State University. BBA is not to be seen only as a first ladder to MBA. Rather, it is a first foray to some enriching experience prior to the higher business studies. The best of B-school all over the over the world value experience and so does employers. Integrated BBA-MBA
Integrated BBA-MBA at GLFBS is a five-year degree program under the West Bengal State University. It is an unique program that combines the undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum to provides students a Comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of business management and the opportunity to pursue chosen areas of specialization. The main advantage of pursuing this course is that student stand the chance to earn two degrees while enrolling for admission once. These qualifications can be used to land managerial and administrative posts across various sector and industries.
MBA
MBA at GLFBS is a two-year regular masters degree program under the West Bengal State University. MBA program offers electives in multi-disciplinary subjects beyond the ordinary scope of Finance, Marketing & Human Resource Management, such as Business Analytics, Data Science & AI, Biotech Management, Valuation Studies, Corporate Law etc which gives ample scope to develop for the tech based industry. The students are getting opportunity to have a compulsory Project Work for 6 weeks in each semester, which gives them to upgrade their CV with practical exposure in complex business world.
