The program is designed to support faculty members of Colleges, Institutes, Schools, and Universities across all disciplines in undertaking structured, outcome-oriented research leading to high-quality academic and innovation outputs. On successful completion of the program, participants are expected to achieve one or more of the following outcomes:
• Presentation of research work in seminars, colloquia, or conferences
• Publication of research papers in peer-reviewed journals and/or books / book chapters
• IP / Patent application (where applicable and relevant)
• Submission of a research thesis, followed by a formal defense seminar
